Ingredients
-
2 - 3 lbs chicken wing, wingettes, drumettes
-
1 stick of vegan butter (if you’re not vegan use regular butter - simple solution to that)
-
3 Tablespoons of garlic, minced
-
1/4 cup worcestershire
-
1 cup Hot Sauce (I use Franks because I love it)
-
1/4 tsp salt for sauce, 1/4 tsp of salt for wings
-
1/4 tsp of pepper
Directions
First things first, pending on your air fryer, I’d just warm it up a bit. I usually just turn it on at 370 for a few minutes.
I play half of my wings in the air fryer tray. You want to make sure they are all flat, if they are on top of each other, they won’t cook evenly. I also just salt and pepper while they are in the tray. Easy Peezy.
I cook my wings for 12 minutes at 380 degrees. When they are done, I flip them and cook for another 12 minutes at 380.
While the chicken is cooking, in a saucepan, over medium low heat, melt the butter.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 -2 minutes
Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil. And then turn off heat.
Add the chicken to the sauce and then plate. You’re ready for game day!! But if you’re like me who doesn’t watch a lot of games, then you’re ready to binge Yellowstone season 4 and eat wings.
