We freeze all of our soups in 16oz BPA-free plastic containers.
Soups that are frozen generally last for 6 months. We recommend you eat within the six month time period. Once defrosted use within one week.
For best results I recommend thawing the frozen soup in the refrigerator. Once it's thawed pour into a saucepan and gently bring to a boil. If you don't have time to thaw, you can put into a saucepan but heat slowly on low.
We recommend you eat our meals within a week as they come fresh.
Yes! You can pick up orders placed online at our kitchen or you can purchase in store without pre-ordering online. We still require masks in store for pickups. Our address is 13944 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423. Pick up hours are Monday-Thursday, 10am - 4pm and Friday 10am - 2:30pm.
Yes. We have preorder items on the ingredients page and if there's something else you would like to preorder, we just need advance notice and we will most likely be able to accommodate you.

I personally cannot eat gluten, dairy or nuts. We do not use those ingredients. If you have a severe allergy, you must proceed with caution even though we try our best.

We do not ship less than 8 soups at a time, and ship in quantities of 8 and 10. If you would like to order more than 10, orders can only be shipped in multiple boxes. This means orders can ship in quantities of 8, 10, 16, 18, 20, etc.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are automatically generated through FedEx based on your location. Please be aware that the ongoing pandemic may cause unforeseen delays. We do our best to get you your delivery as fast as possible.

As long as the soup is still cold-it's safe to eat! You can also re-freeze for up to six months, or refrigerate for five to seven days.

Currently, we do not ship meals. However, we do offer a variety of stews and sauces, as well as a range of delicious baked goods.
If you are local to Los Angeles, checkout our local delivery zone map here to see how much delivery would cost. Local home delivery is between $10-$40 dependent on vicinity to the kitchen. If you are not local to Los Angeles please reach out and we can quote you a price for delivery or shipping, or simply enter in your address at checkout and it will calculate for you.
We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9am-2pm depending on the date that you ordered. You will see your delivery date upon checkout.
We are also now on Grubhub and Door Dash! You can order by clicking the red link on our menu.
When your meals are out for delivery you will receive a text upon arrival unless your phone number was not provided.
Our paper bags are not insulated but because our soups are frozen, your food will stay cold for a few hours. For added freshness, we recommend the purchase of a Gracefully Fed insulated bag, in which the delivery driver can place your order. Upon delivery, place your meals in the refrigerator immediately. If soups have not thawed they may be placed in the freezer for up to 6 months.
We will pick up the insulated bag, ice packs, and containers on your next delivery day. Please leave them outside for us.
Please ensure that you placed your order before the shipment cutoff date for that week. If so, refer to your tracking number. If you placed a local order, contact us for a delivery update. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic shipping may be delayed.
