Ok, so when I visit my sister in law’s family after dinner we always drink this tea. I know that I generally want a cookie or a brigadiero but who am I to dictate dessert. And then I had this tea. The honey makes it sweet, the ginger makes you settled, the cinnamon is just the perfect spice. I dare say, this is my favorite dessert they introduced me to and now its in my dessert rotation. It’s a thing.
With that said, let’s just run down the benefits as there are plenty.
- Reduces the symptoms of nauseaIs an anti-inflammatory.
- Lowers blood sugar.
- Studies have also seen ginger help reduce the risk of heart disease.
- Helps treat chronic indigestion.
- Relieves menstrual pain.
- Tastes REAL good.
Enjoy!
