I know I’ve mentioned that I love anything potatoes. If you haven’t read some of my previous recipes, then I will just say it again, I love anything and all potatoes and these Air Fryer wedges hit the spot. Am I late to the air frying game? No. I’m just living my truth. I would like to air fry everything.

Ingredients
-
2 medium to large russet potatoes, cut into wedges.
-
1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
1/4 tsp garlic powder
-
1/4 tsp of black pepper
-
1/8 tsp cayenne
-
**1/2 tsp dried parsley - optional, for garnish
Directions
In a bowl of ice and water (an ice bath), soak your wedges for about 30 minutes.
Pat dry.
Place the wedges, oil and spices in a zip lock back and shake. Let marinate for about 10 -15 minutes.
Once finished, place in tray of air fryer so that all the fries are touching the tray. You may have to do this in batches because if the wedges are on top of each other, they won’t cook thoroughly.
Set your air fryer for 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Once done, flip wedges and repeat.
Your potato wedges should be nice and crispy and ready to eat. If you want, you can garnish with dried parsley.
