Blueberry Banana Smoothie Cubes
In a rush and craving a smoothie. Just make some cubes. Blend and go.
2 cups of blueberries, frozen or fresh
2 cup of banana
2 cups of coconut milk
1 cup of spinach
1 tsp of chia seeds
Add all to blender and blend.
Once finished, pour into your ice trays and freeze. We used large ice trays which yielded about 6 cubes, smaller ice tray will yield about 12
Once frozen, if you are on the go, pop 2-3 (if using smaller trays, 5 -6 )in a blender or nutri bullet with 1/2 cup of oat or coconut milk, you have a quick and easy smoothie.
