Strawberry Mango Banana Smoothie Cubes
In a rush and craving a smoothie. Just make some cubes. Blend and go. Or come in the shop and grab a smoothie.
2 cups strawberries, frozen or fresh
1 1/2 cup mango, frozen or fresh
1 cup banana
2 cups of coconut milk
1 cup Spinach, we used fresh
1 tsp of chia seeds
Put all in blender and blend.
Once done, pour into ice trays. We used big cubed iced trays but if you have little guys, that works too. It makes about 6 large cubes or 12 mini cubes.
Once frozen, if you are on the go, pop 2-3 in a blender or nutri bullet with 1/2 cup of oat or coconut milk, you have a quick and easy smoothie.
