4 -6 cups of salsa
Full disclosure, I love spice. I love chips. I love salsa. I hate how easy this is to make because I always have salsa in my fridge. Always. The take away, you’ll never have to buy store made salsa again.
1 28oz diced tomato
1/2 red onion, rough chopped
1 -2 jalapenos, pending how spicy you like it.
1 bunch of cilantro
1 -2 Habanero peppers, pending how spicy you like it. I like it spicy but I made it with 2 and my co-workers couldn't take the heat. So I ended up having to modify down to 1.
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of cumin
Throw it all in a food processor and DONE.
