Homemade Pickles

Guys, pickling things is really easy. There I said it. Leftover cucumbers. Some garlic lying around. Water? Vinegar? Have any of these things. Want an experiment. Enjoy pickles. Lets do this!

Ingredients

1lb Persian cucumbers

10 cloves garlic

1 large bunch dill

2 cups water

2 TBSP black peppercorn

1 ½ cups white vinegar

2 TBSP salt

2 TBSP coconut sugar
Directions
Trim ends of cucumbers. Quarter each one lengthwise and divide them between two 16oz mason jars.
Add garlic, dill, and peppercorns to mason jars.
Heat water, vinegar, salt and sugar until salt and sugar are dissolved.
Cool liquid then evenly distribute between 2 mason jars.
Let sit overnight before serving.
