I thought I switch up your normal wings with a touch of mango. It’s in season and ready to be used in all your recipes. This is just the sweet and spicy dish you are craving.

Ingredients
-
Air Fryer
-
1 lbs chicken wings (I used the drumsticks cause those are my fave)
-
3 eggs, beaten
-
1 cup of flour
-
1 tsp Salt and 1 tsp pepper
-
1 ripe mango
-
2 tablespoons hot sauce (I used Franks hot sauce as that’s what I had on hand)
-
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
-
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
-
2 tablespoons tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
Directions
Dip your wings in the eggs.
Mix your flour, salt and pepper and after your wings are drenched in egg, dip them in this mixture and fully coat. Set aside on a sheet tray.
Spray your air fryer with coconut oil, or cooking spray as to prevent your wings from burning.
Place your wings carefully into your air frying basket. Try not to put one on top of each other or they won’t cook all the way through.
Air fry those wings at 360 for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, puree your ripe mango.
In a saucepan, add the mango puree, hot sauce, ginger, garlic, tamari along with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer.
After wings are done, flip them over in the fryer and cook for another 12 minutes at 360.
Taste your sauce, if it needs salt add about 1/8 tsp
After the 12 minutes are up just cook for another 6 minutes at 390. Trust me, this will perfect these wings.
Throw your wings in a bowl when completely air fried and then coat with mango chili sauce.
Garnish with cilantro. Maybe even serve with cilantro rice.
You fancy! Enjoy!
