Oreos are my favorite sandwich cookie, period. End of story. Should they have made gluten free Oreos years ago, yes but we can’t look back, we can only live in the present. And presently, this will be the best thing you make all day! Also, ONLY 6 ingredients!
1 box of Gluten Free Oreos
2 8oz Vegan Cream Cheese
1 container Coco whip
1 cup Organic Powdered Sugar
1 stick Vegan Butter, melted
1 tsp Vanilla
In a food processor, take 28 oreos and 1 stick of melted butter and pulse together.
Take 2/3rds of that mixture and press down into a 9x9 pan. Save the ⅓ for later.
Then in a bowl, add cream cheese, one container of coco whip, powdered sugar, vanilla and use a hand mixer to mix.
Fold in 10 broken Oreos into mixture.
- Pour on top of crust. Even out.
With the remaining Oreo/butter mixture sprinkle on top of filling.
So to be clear, Oreo on the bottom, Oreo mixed in, Oreo on top.
Fridge your 9x9 pan and let set for 3 -4 hours.
Take em out, cut into squares and eat!
