For a long time now I've seen my cousin (who is a chef) writing about her Fire Cider recipe. I thought it might just be something people up in the mountains make, as she lives in rural Zurich and has the coolest farm to table vibes going on in her home and cooking life.
But as everything started escalating around us I thought it was a good time to look up her recipe and I immediately knew I had to make it! This recipe is a potent mix of anti-bacterial, antiviral, immune boosting, congestion-clearing goodness. And now I want to share with all of you! *I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or dietitian. I am only sharing a home recipe that works for me! Please do what is best for your body and follow your doctors advice.*
This recipe is very simple, and you are also able to switch out the ingredients based on what you have ready and available currently in your kitchen.
