Honestly didn't know what to call this concoction. Truth is, I set out to make cinnamon buns but it turned out more monkey breadish but with a touch of ooey gooey . Whatever it became, I loved every bit of it. I kept telling everyone that I was perfecting the recipe so I made it three times in the kitchen. I haven't changed the recipe once. It's been the same since the first time I've made it but I love this that much. If you like Cinnamon buns and if you like Monkey Bread...you will LOVE THIS!
Hoping you love as much as I do!
with love,

STICKY BREAD PART
TOPPING PART
GLAZE
Directions
STICKY BREAD PART
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add all of your ingredients to a bowl except for the butter. Once this is all mixed...
Add the butter
Pour into a 9x9 or 9x13 pan. Both worked fine.
TOPPING PART
Mix all the ingredients together
Pour evenly on top of the sticky bread part. With a toothpick, make swirls (it kind of lets everything ooze together while cooking)
Put baking dish in oven for about 40 minutes.
When done let sit out and for a bit and then....
GLAZE
Put the powder into a bowl. And add vanilla. Add oat milk tablespoon by tablespoon and whisk. You might not want to use all 5 tablespoons. It depends on the thickness you desire. I used 4 in total because it was thicker but in another batch I used 5. Really depends on what you want.
After the sticky part/topping are out of the oven, drizzle the glaze all over the top. Let it sit for awhile so you can cut into it.
And then OMG...ENJOY!
