Sweet Potato Fries with Lime Chili Aioli
I love a fry. I love a snack. I love a dip. Let’s do this!
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries.
1 TBSP of olive oil
1/8 tsp of onion powder
1/8 tsp of garlic powder
1/8 tsp of cayenne
1/8 tsp salt and pepper
Lime Chili Aioli:
1 cup vegan mayo
2 tsp of lime juice
1/4 cup of water
1 -2 chipotle in adobo sauce (pending how spicy you like it)
2 garlic gloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of cumin
In a bowl mix together sweet potato and spice.
Place in air fryer for 370 for 10 minutes. Done.
For Aioli, throw in a nutri bullet or food processor and mix together. Done.
Dip fries in aioli. Enjoy!
