Author:Traci
Ingredients
-
6 cups of seedless watermelon, diced
-
4 cups of water
-
3/4 cup of lime juice (this can be fresh or bought...not going to lie to you, I bought mine pre bottled)
-
2/3 cup of coconut sugar
-
Ice for keeping it cool
-
(optional - 8oz of gluten free vodka)
Directions
Add watermelon to blender, blend. (that was obvious)
Strain the watermelon, get that pulp out.
In your pitcher (assuming you have a pitcher) mix together the water, lime juice and sugar and then stir in your watermelon puree.
Chill and store in refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Then add your ice, that way it keeps it cool on the table.
If you're needing that drink, add your vodka. Stir.
Pour. Enjoy!
