I’m sure you all don’t need a recipe. You got this, I get it! But, if you forgot how much of what to put into what, I got you! With that said, chia pudding is a great substitute for cereal, avocado toast, oatmeal etc. in the morning. Or…for desert for that matter. Here’s the recipe if you need it. If you don’t, you’re better than me because man do I forget the measurements on everything!

Ingredients
-
1/2 cup milk (your choice, I use oat milk, it’s creamier than coconut)
-
2 TBSP of chia seeds
-
Adds, which are sooo optional:
-
1 tsp of maple syrup
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-
Fruit
-
Gracefully Fed’s strawberry jam that you can substitute any fruit and make all sorts of jams (blueberry, raspberry, fig, endless options)
Directions
Add the chia seeds and milk to a bowl or a mason jar.
Add your add ons like vanilla or maple here too. Give it a mix and then let it sit for 10 min. Or pop in the fridge so it sets.
I add my jam to the jars after it sets so everything I want is ready to go for the morning. You can do you. It’s that simple!
Enjoy!
