Chocolate Buttercream

I love cake and getting the right consistency for your buttercream icing is pretty challenging when it's dairy free. I think we got a good handle on it so wanted to share it with you.
Ingredients

1 cup vegan butter (2 sticks), softened

¾ cup cocoa powder, sifted

3 ½ cups Powdered sugar, sifted

2 tsp vanilla extract
-
2-3 tablespoons oat milk, start with 2)
Directions
In a mixer with a whisk attachment add your butter to start.
Next add the rest of your ingredients and let whisk until smooth 5 - 6 minutes.
Super simple but the sifted powders help keep the consistency of the icing smooth.
